Clayton Homebuilding Group sought to create a world class event experience to celebrate and educate their independent retail partners through main stage guest speakers, breakout sessions and immersive learning lounge for attendees.

Experience Lounge

Envisioned as an all-inclusive space where retail partners could learn about the innovative ways Clayton Home Building Group is working to help retailers expand their own businesses. Comprised of 16 individual booths — each with custom build outs, including a 90’ deconstructed home.

Our team concepted, designed and provided schematics for each build, which included responsibility for the messaging, furniture and props to electrical planning, production and installation.

The Clayton Built Home

NINTY FEET OF STORYTELLING
Our design helped the client showcase a deconstructed, pre-launch home, highlighting new features and exclusive brand partnerships including a backyard space with side-by-side educational comparison of upgraded HVAC systems and touchscreens. Also included, a large learning area for each of the exclusive brand partners and showcase of the Clayton Built brand pillars.
